Sky Blue Cares is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bullying prevention and awareness for youth ages 5–21. We believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Serving communities across Texas and Louisiana, we partner with schools, parents, and community organizations to provide education, resources, and advocacy. Our goal is to create safer environments, equip youth with conflict resolution skills, and empower families and educators to address bullying proactively.

Sky Blue Cares began with the courage of a 12-year-old girl, Sky Harris, who witnessed one of her cousins being bullied. “I couldn’t just watch my cousin suffer,” Sky recalls. “I had to do something to help—not just for them, but for every kid who feels alone.” That
moment sparked a mission: to prevent bullying and give every child the support and confidence they deserve.
From that seed of action, Sky Blue Cares has grown into a nonprofit serving youth across Texas and Louisiana. We provide workshops, counseling, peer leadership programs, and community awareness campaigns, all designed to equip young people, parents, and educators with the tools to prevent bullying and foster empathy. Every program reflects Sky’s belief that even small acts of courage can create lasting change.
At Sky Blue Cares, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered. By teaching conflict resolution, resilience, and leadership skills, we help youth rise above bullying and become ambassadors of respect within their schools and communities.
